鋼管承壓計(jì)算公式/無縫鋼管壓力壁厚對照表/直縫焊管承受壓力表
鋼管管道的承壓問題一直是困擾廣大鋼管從業(yè)人員的細(xì)節(jié)性問題, 每個(gè)人都能通過鋼仔壓力壁厚對照表來比對鋼管的承壓能力, 但具體到某一根銅管上來講, 這根鋼管的承壓能力到底有多大,這個(gè)問題就有點(diǎn)棘手了。因?yàn)橥ㄟ^對照表來查詢, 這只是最保守的方法,而且這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)也不是完全正確,這些數(shù)據(jù)雖然也是通過大量的科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出的, 但它也只是一個(gè)大體數(shù)據(jù)并不絕對準(zhǔn)確。
因?yàn)殇摴艹袎耗芰@個(gè)問題還要受工作環(huán)境中溫度、內(nèi)部流體、鋼管生產(chǎn)流程等等一系列的問題所影響。如果在我們測算出銅管的外徑、壁厚、銅管材質(zhì)的抗拉強(qiáng)度的情況下, 我們可以通過計(jì)算分式來計(jì)算鋼管的承壓能力,當(dāng)然這里面涉及到的數(shù)據(jù)都是經(jīng)過實(shí)際測算的準(zhǔn)確的,且鋼管材質(zhì)的機(jī)械性能是有保證的。這樣我們獲取的數(shù)據(jù)就有了一定保證。
鋼管承壓能力和壁厚的計(jì)算公式:
壓力= (壁厚×2×鋼管材質(zhì)抗拉強(qiáng)度) / (外徑*系數(shù))
上面所提到的鋼管壓力系數(shù)不是一個(gè)固定的數(shù)值, 它是要根據(jù)銅管的實(shí)際承壓能力而變的。下面就是鋼管壓力系數(shù)的界定范圍:
當(dāng)壓力P<7Mpa 時(shí),系數(shù)為S=8 ;
當(dāng) 7<鋼管壓力P<17.5時(shí), 系數(shù)為S =6 ;
當(dāng)壓力P>17.5時(shí), 系數(shù)為S =4 。

四、根據(jù)壓力計(jì)算鋼管 管道的選用壁厚的計(jì)算器:
這是一個(gè)EXCEL的計(jì)算程序,填入相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù),就可以自動(dòng)計(jì)算出選用鋼管的厚度,非常方便。
目前只做了3個(gè)鋼號(hào):分別是 20#鋼,15CrMo,0Cr18Ni10Ti 其它鋼號(hào)有需要的可以給我們留言.
