這是美標(biāo)牌號(hào)，對(duì)應(yīng)的國(guó)內(nèi)牌號(hào)沒(méi)有，最接近的是Y15,Y13, 但是不能等同，這種材料多為進(jìn)口。
1215鋼材 1215易切削鋼為環(huán)保料,與12L14相比不含鉛及不含有對(duì)環(huán)境有害物質(zhì),切削性良好.適合一般電鍍軸心、切削用料及一般零件.1215由于精度準(zhǔn)確,表面狀況良好,易削切鋼產(chǎn)品可直接使用,如噴涂,打砂,打彎,鉆孔,也可按實(shí)際要求精拉之后直接電鍍,免去了大量機(jī)加工時(shí)間及節(jié)省配置加工機(jī)械的費(fèi)用.
1215鋼材用途：
主要用于制作受力較小而對(duì)尺寸和光潔度要求嚴(yán)格的儀器儀表、手表零件、汽車、機(jī)床和其他各種機(jī)器上使用的，對(duì)尺寸精度和光潔度要求嚴(yán)格，而對(duì)機(jī)械性能要求相對(duì)較低的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件，如齒輪、軸、螺栓、閥門、襯套、銷釘、管接頭、彈簧座墊及機(jī)床絲杠、塑料成型模具、外科和牙科手續(xù)用具等。
